"I hired Elmer to replace a railroad tie retaining wall with a modern stone block retaining wall and install granite steps. He also made a paver walkway. He also cleared off vines and weeds from an existing rock wrap wall, installed fabric and replaced rocks to prevent future weeds. He made new flower beds, placed my preference for low maintenance plants, and placed river rocks in the beds. It all looks fantastic! I plan to hire Elmer for my future needs⠦⠦now I need to save for a new driveway!"

"Uneek Review My wife & I have lived in the Glenwood Terrace neighborhood of Bridgewater, NJ since 1979. We recently had our driveway, front walkway and front steps completely redone by Uneek. I can say that in 40 years of having lived here, I have never seen any contractor devote the amount of attention to detail & care in their work as John, Robbie & their Uneek team. As project manager, John started each morning of the project with a review of where the project stood, what work was to be done that day and what would be accomplished by end of day. "We found Goodwood General Construction on Angieâ s list. Our project was relatively large in size. We added a six foot fence and changed our driveway from asphalt to stone pavers. We added a patio in the back. The project also included granite front and side steps, a granite mailbox post and the removal of several trees and bushes, and numerous old brick pavers and stones. The entire site had to be regraded to correct drainage issues on both sides of our house. Henry (The Contractor) was exceptional from the start. He was very calm and helpful during the whole process. He provided our estimate in a timely manner and was right on target for both the start date he promised and completion. The crew was respectful to our property and neighbors. At the end of each day they cleaned the site and left it immaculate. There were no surprises!I enjoyed having the crew here every day and Henry was always open to any adjustments I made along the way. They completed the project on time. "We have hired Blue Costa for a few projects which have included a concrete pad for a hot tub, as well as leaf cleanup in the fall. They are top-notch! The owners are highly communicative, which is great because you know when they are coming out and you can get in touch with them very quickly. They show up when they say they will. They charge what they say. They are going to charge you. Their work is beautiful. Even though we hired them just to put in a concrete pad for a hot tub on a pre-existing deck, they took the time to clean the entire deck, and even re-leveled some of the stones. It was amazing. It was like the whole deck was brand new. At our previous home we definitely had our fair share of terrible contractors.
