The Vellox crew arrived as scheduled, got down to work immediately getting their gear ready to remove the shingles in an organized fashion using tarps to slide the removed shingles to the ground and placed in a dumpster that was part of the contracted agreement. The crew was very polite and professional during our interactions and their work habits. It was one of those sweltering hot and humid days in August and the crew understood the importance of staying hydrated the whole time. The roofs were finished within a few hours They both look beautiful and I could not be any happier about my experience with the Vellox Roofing Company."

"Beantown Roofing We recently were faced with the decision to have to invest in a new roof. After interviewing a few companies. 1 stood out from the rest. The rep from Beantown, Elias, was great. He was not only knowledgeable and professional but thorough, patient and was a pleasure to deal with. The choice was clear. After finalizing details we gave the commitment to move forward. Beantown on site Manager Derek took it from there. On install day he showed up by 7am with a crew ready to go He was also very professional, courteous and thorough explaining the process and what we could expect. Not only did his crew get right to work but Derek had a drone that he would fly and operate to document with real time photos of the work being done at various stages which was very cool. We have a good size Colonial home with sun-room and 2 car garage. They not only did incredible work on our roof but new fascia, gutters and downspouts throughout. All work done was top notch. Even the clean up process was impressive. By 8pm they were done, job completed, and every nail, staple or bit of trash found its way in the dumpster. Thank you to Elias, Derek and his amazing crew. "We are very pleased with the result. The job was done in a day by a large team, who wrapped up the house (!), stripped off the old roofing, and put in the new skylights and roof within the day. There were some delays due to poor (wet) weather, but we can't really blame Ranch Roofing for that."

"Perfect experience. Claimed an Angie's List deal for gutter cleaning. Joe called within the hour and got me on their schedule on the same day. Guys arrived promptly and thoroughly cleaned all of our gutters. There is a steep hill on one side of our house which has prevented other gutter cleaning companies from getting to the gutter over that area, but Joe's crew got up on the roof and cleaned that area, too. They cleaned up well afterwards, as well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definitely have them back in the fall."

"Very high pressure sales. They were more interested in getting it done quickly than the quality of the installation. The aluminum trim around the windows looks good but they did not replace all of the old wood underneath I requested. They would put it over anything. They did not bother to brush off the sills before covering them or remove saw dust. Many of them were cut too small because they assumed all trim was the same size. They had to redo most of them and they didn’t do the bottom corner’s correctly even though I explained to them how they should be done. When they didn’t want to do something they acted like they didn’t understand me."

"I contacted NMTI-GC to help me figure out the best way to replace the old tar roof on my concrete block garage. My garage had a number of challenging design issues: parapets on all four sides, a center drain, and a weird raised section. I was getting eye-popping quotes and contractors who were all over the place with the scope of the project. I reached out to NMTI-GC on a recommendation from a local Facebook group. I contacted Ramon and we met within a week. He was kind, friendly, and professional and really heard my concerns. I had a fair, thorough estimate within a few days that included some creative solutions that no one else had come up with: removing three of the four parapets and avoiding drilling into our concrete roof deck. It took me two months to figure out which contractor I was going with after being blown off by another contractor who had come in with a cheaper way to do the project, but when I reached back out to NMTI it was like no time had passed. They pulled permits and started the work within about two weeks and finished it flawlessly in one day. The crew who did the work was professional, efficient, and friendly and the communication ahead of time was great. I always felt able to reach out to either Ramon or Juan via text if I had any concerns. I wholeheartedly recommend NMTI and as soon as I finish this review I will be sending them an email about additional projects!"

"Everything was great except cleanup. There was a misunderstanding about which shingles we wanted, but Willard made good on it. They even removed a small area where they had installed the wrong shingles and replaced them with the right shingles, all at no extra charge. The new roof looks great. The only problem was cleanup. We found a large number of nails in our yard and on our driveway, and a lot of pieces of plastic lying around."
