"Wilfrido is both an excellent craftsman and a business professional. Our project required resizing a kitchen island, rebuilding all our cabinet drawers and cabinet doors, removing some existing upper cabinets to replace them with open shelves, and replacing the plywood decking prior to installation of new quartz countertops. After an initial consultative visit, Wilfrido provided a comprehensive quote which described in great detail the scope of work to be completed, estimated timelines, and costs. His quote far exceeded the detail we have ever seen from a home contractor. Once we approved the work proposal, Wilfrido’s communication of work dates, etc., was excellent and he always kept to the schedule. He was also great about communicating during the project and accommodating changes both within and in addition to the defined scope of work. Wilfrido takes pride in his work and brings a pleasant attitude every day. We are completely pleased with the quality of the work he completed. The workmanship is beautiful, the soft close drawers and doors work smoothly, and the construction is rock solid. We will definitely call Wilfrido for any future carpentry needs."

"Company was initally very professional and prompt to provide quote. Prices were a little higher than other quotes but reasonable. I had asked for a quote for a smaller scope and was given a price. I then asked if my patio and sidewalk could be added to the new quote for a discounted rate and was told no, which was fine. When I called to schedule, I was told the price was going to be an additional $50 dollars from the quoted rate because I wasn't including all the areas and I could "take it or leave it because he (Mr Orr) no longer wanted to do my project anyway because I begged for a discount" so he would no longer honor the rate he emailed me for the house only. It was a disappointing phone call considering he previously told me they pride themselves on 100% customer satisfaction. I hope that Mr Orr was simply having a bad day and does not treat all his customers this way simply because they have a small project. Prior to my phone call with him I was willing to pay the higher rate vs his competitors because I believed in his company. Now I am not so sure about his customer service guarantee if you are not a corporate customer."
