"Project started out well with great communication to set up initial appointment for quote. The overall job turned out well; but once they won the business, the project was mismanaged and communication was poor. There was an overall lack of supervision on the project. It was scheduled for late November. At the time of scheduling, I asked if job would be negatively affected by snow and cold weather and if I should wait to schedule until Spring the following year. I was assured that winter weather would not cause a problem. Luckily, the concrete was poured prior to several snow storms, but the concrete was not sealed until Spring the following year. The project entailed replacing all sidewalks, a driveway and building a raised patio. The patio measurements were incorrect twice. The second incorrect measurement led to my underground sprinkler line being cut. My sprinkler line was also cut in a second location in spite my pointing out where the underground sprinkler lines crossed under the concrete. Hoses were dragged through my garden with no regard for above ground misters. Several were snapped off. The repair bill when sprinkler system was turned back on in Spring was high, and Legacy agreed to reimburse me for some of the damages. They never followed through in spite of my calling in to check on reimbursement."

He used up his extra materials to close in an area at our neighbors yard that we had to remove to do our job at no additional cost. He even did a 'custom" gate for our front off a couple pics I showed him and it came out great! Highly recommend! His help was just as professional. Will be using this company in the future for other projects."

"I had my longer than average driveway, walkway with 2 steps to front door and smaller area in back yard path removed and redone. Quality work done in just over 4 hours, since they have a large crew and trucks. Every member had their job to do and they worked well together. Great clean-up too! My only comment is around communication with scheduling. I made sure we were still on the schedule a week out and had to call the schedule the eve before to confirm the time we were told and again in afternoon when not there. The owner works the jobs and overall an excellent experience and final outcome!"
