"Project started out well with great communication to set up initial appointment for quote. The overall job turned out well; but once they won the business, the project was mismanaged and communication was poor. There was an overall lack of supervision on the project. It was scheduled for late November. At the time of scheduling, I asked if job would be negatively affected by snow and cold weather and if I should wait to schedule until Spring the following year. I was assured that winter weather would not cause a problem. Luckily, the concrete was poured prior to several snow storms, but the concrete was not sealed until Spring the following year. The project entailed replacing all sidewalks, a driveway and building a raised patio. The patio measurements were incorrect twice. The second incorrect measurement led to my underground sprinkler line being cut. My sprinkler line was also cut in a second location in spite my pointing out where the underground sprinkler lines crossed under the concrete. Hoses were dragged through my garden with no regard for above ground misters. Several were snapped off. The repair bill when sprinkler system was turned back on in Spring was high, and Legacy agreed to reimburse me for some of the damages. They never followed through in spite of my calling in to check on reimbursement."

He used up his extra materials to close in an area at our neighbors yard that we had to remove to do our job at no additional cost. He even did a 'custom" gate for our front off a couple pics I showed him and it came out great! Highly recommend! His help was just as professional. Will be using this company in the future for other projects."

His job was beautiful. (I know that is a strong word to describe cement work) But it was perfect. He was a delight to work with, hardworking, efficient, tidy, and got the job done in a timely manner. "After a major home renovation I needed to restore my backyard landscaping including an old concrete patio. My intent was to do a DIY project by installing pavers over the top. I met System Pavers at a Denver home show and after an extensive discussion I decided to take them up on their free in home estimate. Best decision I made. John came and discussed my options. He created a measured layout favorable to my wife and I. He estimated it on the spot with the price more reasonable than imagined. Josh followed up with a walkthrough of the project to ensure everyone understood the scope. Several days later a crew came, as promised, removed the old patio and installed the new pavers. The project is warranted for 25 years and is transferrable to the next owner should we decide to move. The whole construction process took one and a half days. I’m greatly pleased with the outcome. After seeing the workmanship and the overall process System Pavers use we decided to use them to restore our small grass section with a high quality artificial turf."
