"System Pavers knocked it out of the park!! When my husband and I bought our home last year, the first thing we knew we wanted to do was renovate the patio area. It was an awkward DIY from the previous owners. We now had a large space to enjoy and entertain on, and we couldn't wait to transform it. The entire process from start to finish was seamless! Kyle was the designer, and helped bring our idea to life! Once we saw the design, we were anxious to get it going, and they did not disappoint! We were able to get on the schedule within a few weeks for install, just in time for the summer fun! Zak the project manager was extremely helpful, and walked through the design elements one more time with us to make sure it was everything we had talked about. He was very thorough, and his crew was extremely polite! We couldn't believe how hard they worked, and how quickly they were able to get it done. They cleaned up their work area's at the end of each day, and made sure to be as discreet as possible. Once it was finished, we did a final walk through to make sure everything was what we had hoped for. It was everything and more! The stones compliment our home beautifully, and the space has all of our friends begging us to host all the get together's. I can't wait to talk about our next project with System Pavers. "The Vitex team headed up by Jason Levin was in a word outstanding.  It was a collaborative effort with the builder and their knowledge of state of the art equipment and software was exceptional.  In a project the size of mine there are the inevitable hiccups however Vitex's ability to understand the issue, send the appropriate technician and modify or correct the issue exceeded my expectations.  Another important note, they were more than happy to work with customer supplied equipment as well as equipment they supplied. From my perspective, Vitex is the only vendor for high end state of the art installations."

"First I want to say that my patio is a DREAM COME TRUE! Daniel and his crew really outdid themselves!My interactions with Daniel were excellent from the beginning. He was very easy to get a hold of, and extremely responsive every time I emailed him or called him. His wife responds to much of the correspondence as well, and she is like talking to an old friend. The ease of communication was extremely important to us because, especially in the busy season, most other landscapers never get back to us. When Daniel came to our home, we had already put down a refundable deposit with another landscaper. I was simply doing my due diligence by getting another quote. Daniel had great ideas and provided a lot of input. He brought up the idea of flagstone patio instead of pavers. By the end of the quote, we were so impressed with Daniel that we requested our money back from the other company. Before the job began, Daniel sent me pictures and spent time helping me pick out the right color. I LOVED that he gave me his opinion. So many other landscapers so-and quot;its whatever you likeand quot;...but I don't see this stuff everyday, so I didn't know what I liked. Daniel was not pushy with his opinion, just honest. Though he did spend adequate time with us, there were still a few details that I was uneasy about because I was looking at things in pictures and not in person. It required trust on my part, but it was completed exactly as expected.Daniel's time frame to begin the project and also to finish was better than everyone else's. Our entire patio was completed in one week. Though we did not see Daniel much in the throughout the week, his foreman, Juan, was amazing! He was very professional, patient and paid attention to detail. I was nervous to bring up a small change that I wanted, but he was very nice about it and agreed with me. Daniel came over when the project was done to make sure I was happy and also helped me figure out how to seal it within my budget. He also gave me ideas about other things to do with my landscaping-some that were diy and some that he could help with in the future. Daniel's price was fair and he respected our budget. He was slightly better priced than the big landscape companies, and slightly more than the smaller companies. He was very accommodating regarding the lighting. When we couldn't afford the package, we ended up buying our lighting ourselves and his crew laid it for us in the concrete under the pavers. Daniel added some nice extra touches by building in beautiful granite boulders in the flagstone. I am guilty of being a fairly critical person, and that was magnified by the fact that I've had such bad luck in the past with other people. Daniel exceeded my expectations and is the first contractor I've had to home that I would be excited to use again. The patio is truly a professional job and is everything I asked for. When the job was completed, Juan spent a half a day cleaning up and putting my yard back the way he found it."

"Grant and his team did a great job.  Reece and Justin were the two who did the actual install/repair/re-installation of the flooring with Grant's oversight.  Grant was punctual with his timing on his estimate and the actual cost was what was agreed upon for the job. Reece and Justin did a terrific job with the actual installation and went above and beyond in many facets to make sure that the work was satisfactory based on our desires.  There were a few unexpected challenges during the job and rather than take the easy way out and just try to "make it work" they took the time to do it right the first time.  Justin and Reece's craftsmanship was top notch with regard to the installation of the laminate floor with good attention to detail so that the seams looked appropriate and the lines were straight.  Overall we are very pleased with the work and would recommend Good Hands to all of our friends and neighbors."
