He was dependable and cleaned up th Econ site well as he went along. Bill did a good job of talking with us to find out what we wanted and advised us when he thought we should do something one way or another. He is a person who is talented in a number of areas. He ended up repairing windows,and our chimney. He painted much of the interior of our house ( did a great job, ) and re-pointed a fieldstone stairway. He was easy going and hard working. I’d definitely call him again!"

"John said he'd get to us as quickly as he could, but he had a lot of work (an encouraging problem) and couldn't promise any specific time. However, he was ready to install a little over two months after receiving our go-ahead. The morning he expected to install, he called and apologized that he'd inadvertently ordered the wrong shade of brown, and he'd have to re-order them. My wife & I were impressed, because a less honest person could have gone ahead and installed the wrong brown and then claimed that the colors don't always look in reality the way they appear on the printed page. So his response to an understandable human error confirmed our decision that he was the right man for the job. (It had been three years since beginning the search process, so another month of waiting was insignificant to us.) When he and his crew did the installation, John apologized again for the delay. The installation was efficient and expert; they took care of some hidden rot issues; he didn't add hidden costs to the bill; and we now have first-rate windows that should last many years. We're sorry that he does only windows and that therefore we likely won't need to engage him again, because we think that he does high quality work with integrity. We highly recommend him and his firm."

"In my experience, Most service Involves 3 parts <br /> 1- Inquiry and Initial Quote <br /> 2- Perform actual Job <br /> 3- Follow up and Warranty service <br /> The first step went smoothly . A few places I called were closed by the time I called at 6 PM. But they have an After-Hours call system where I could give my address and details . I forget if I was given a price quote at that time - most probably they did. <br /> Someone called me the next day to confirm on the details and fix up an appointment. <br /> For the actual installation job- The technician called me an hour in advance to inform me of his arrival time. <br /> He did his job in a timely fashion and Looked like someone who knew what he was doing. I did not ask him many questions nor did he give me much info except - He said -I should be good to drive in an Hour. <br /> Well- the car has seen a few rains and some cold weather and Still looks to be holding good- So no complaints on the workmanship so Far! <br /> For the third part- I am yet to experience this. <br /> I have purchased the 1yr protection plan they sell for a small charge. <br /> I will update this section in the future, incase I happen to find myself in a situation to use the warranty and the guarantee provided by them. <br /> <br /> <br />"

This is by far the most professional, friendliest, highest quality work at the lowest amazing price.
