I had several random things that I needed done around the house (blinds hung, bathroom vanity light replaced, ceiling fan repaired, the lock on the patio door repaired, the privacy fence gate repaired, and light bulbs replaced on another ceiling fan that was mounted too high for me to reach). He explained what he was doing as he worked, worked efficiently and quickly, and his rates were beyond fair. I will be using his services again!"

"Santos and his helper did a great job working on our storm door. After he removed the door he had to remove rotted wood that was part of the door frame. He had to cut and replace with new wood. He then did a great job replacing all the aluminum around the door frame. The storm door was then reinstalled. It was late in the day when they finished. But there was a slight issue with the door latching. The very next morning Willy called and asked if he could come over and take care of that issue. We set up a time for Willy to come and he did an excellent job fine tuning the door closure. He couldn’t have been more respectful and professional. It was a pleasure dealing with Willy. EXPERTLY REPAIRED. HE ALSO REPAIRED SMALLER AREAS. THEY SPENT A LOT OF TIME
REPAIRING AND SMOOTHING IRRIGULARITIES IN THE CLAPBOARD AND IN MANY OF THE
WINDOW SILLS. HE ALSO DID SPECIAL PROJECTS FOR US, DID THE DETAIL WORK OF
PAINTING OUTDOOR LIGHTS, SHUTTERS AND THEIR HARDWARE, REPLACING THE FRONT DOOR
BRASS PLATE, AND OTHER DETAILS. HE REDID ANY AREA THAT WAS NOT TO MY OR HIS
LIKING.
JOHN RECOMMENDED AND USED THE BEST PAINT, GAVE AN ACCURATE
EXTIMATE OF TIME FOR THE JOB, WAS TOTALLY RELIABLE ON ALL ASPECTS, AND DID IT
ALL FOR A VERY, VERY REASONABLE COST.
