"It went well except an error was made ny Phil in calculatung the amount of polished beach pebbles that were required and I was hit up to pay for the additional stone. One bismarcki tree died within two weeks of installation but they did replace it at no cost to me, well done. Great design service, good installation but some poor plant selection with the result that several plants are struggling. Some getting too much sun and some too little. Of course, there is always an excuse, blame it in irrigation or the homeowner. My advice is shop around and verify plant selection for specific locations."

"He was the technician that treated my home. He was on time and kept open communication on his arrival. He was knowledgeable about how they treat areas, how long treatments last, all of the insects that they treat for, and he identified the few bugs I killed prior to treatment. He had a few recommendations on how to maintain areas so they are less habitable for bugs. This was for a one time treatment, and it just occurred. So I cannot speak to the effectiveness of the treatment, yet."
