"Stephen was fairly easy to reach and responsive by phone and email. They arrived at 9:45a even though they had wanted to schedule for 7:30a and we agreed on 8:00am. I was their first job of the day. His workmen replaced the crown cement but did no repair to the rim of the crown until I inspected the work from the roof and sent him a picture. We agreed it was a misunderstanding. Separately I specified repairs to the cracked stucco near the ground., Stephen explained that we could have him attempt to paint over the cement but it would likely not match. I gave him the go ahead. He was correct that the match was bad. See image.
