"When they finally got to it, the workmanship was outstanding. We made our downpayment in October 2024 but the work wasn't done until June 2025. I'll admit the weather was the main obstacle, but communication from them was sparse. Emails I sent them were not replied to for days or weeks, sometimes not at all. Another peeve: they did put down a drop cloth below the skylights being replaced, but nevertheless there was a light coating of fine sawdust on floors and furniture outside of the drop cloth.
