"Came the next day and water drained fine when tested. He ran several diagnostics and identified as a power surge problem that he explained how to avoid in the future. Pointed out other issues that would be problems later but did tell me they were not needed yet. I chose to have second problem addressed now anyway so ordered parts. Tried to launder clothes that night but again water would not drain--this time I left the washer as it was (full of wet clothes and undrained water) instead of emptying it as I had the first time. Called and they came the next afternoon. When he tested this time the water would not drain with the clothes in it, so he immediately identified the problem as the drain pump. So when both parts came in they replaced everything at once for me, and it is working like a dream again! Efficient but thorough!"

"Bill, did an excellent job removing the old door and door frame and installing the new stuff. Bill and his wife came to the house, measured the door and frame, went to the hardware store, purchased a new door/frame combo, and were finished in about 3.5 hours. This includes having to go back to the store and replacing the brand new door/frame because of damage on the corner to the first one. Despite the extra gas and trouble returning the new door/frame kit for another one, they remained very friendly and positive. In addition to the work performed, I learned some great landlord tips! I highly recommend these guys and will certainly do business with them again."

"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
