He has the latest technology and could clearly identify where I was losing heat and knew exactly what needed to be done to resolve my issues. He wanted me to look in the attic so that I could observe that the work was done as he committed. He was very conscious about prepping my home, my carpet and protecting his work areas so that no dirt came into my house while he was bringing his equipment in and out. He was also a very good communicator and did the work in a timely manner."
