"Very well, they came out inspected the roof found a few broken tiles, and explained the process and need for the work to determine the leak location and fix. They scheduled the work, and were on time and cleaned up to the point we could not tell they were here."

"Roof RX fixed a number of slipped tiles and glued a number of broken tiles. I'm glad I had my roof checked because these Monrier tiles slipped in the past which caused a leak all the way through my ceiling. (evidently the wire used to hold them in place rusts away after about 25 years). I had the slipped tiles fixed and general roof maintenance done about 4 years ago by a different roofing company. Who knew the 50 year warranty on the tile roof didn't cover slippage so this will be an ongoing upkeep for me about every 4 or 5 years. The prior roofer also did a great job repairing. Roof RX also checked pipe fittings to make sure they were not going to leak and he did compliment the prior contractor for doing a good job. He took pictures of the repairs he made and offered to email them to me. He did a very professional job, he was very thorough and knowledgeable.
