"Got 4 estimates, Scenic Designs came in best. Wanted rock xeriscape on sloping parts of front yard to reduce mowing and improve curb appeal. Also removed overgrown front and back yard plantings. "The supervisor clearly knew his business. He made excellent recommendations for my window replacements. The job was more expensive than I had anticipated, but there was extra work that had to be done, including some floor replacement to wood damaged by water. Cleanup was not one of their strong points, so that while they did pickup the majority of the construction trash and bag it, I did have to repackage the bags and haul all the trash to the dump, including all of the broken windows and frames myself to take to the landfill. I am going to have him replace my roof, but this time I will be sure to include trash removal as part of the job."
