I wanted some really out there colors for my backsplash and my accent walls in my bedrooms and it came out so great and so clean the edges were so crisp I am so happy. The customer service was top tier. They were so attentive and professional. Everyone equally had enough knowledge to answer my many questions so the process went very smoothly. "Everything works perfectly now. I can't complain. Their experience really showed in the very swift manner in which they repaired the underground plastic pipes. They also gave me very explicit instructions as to what to do after they had repaired them. They told me not to walk on the ground for a day or two, and not to turn it on for at least 18-24 hours to let the cement set. It is supposed to set very quickly but nevertheless, they said why take chances, and I think that is experience talking. Everything was put back together in a more than acceptable manner. They are also working on a plan for our front yard and I haven’t seen that yet. They are very busy and I am very patient. They were most cooperative. When I asked a question, the older of the two guys gave me an answer, and he told me why it was the answer. He did it very quickly in good, clear English. It was most appreciated. I have used the sprinkler system, and it works. The first time, they called a few hours before they were to be there and said that the job that they were on turned out to be larger than anticipated because the other homeowner wanted them to do something else. The two of them worked together very well. They were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing."
