"I contacted Dave from a referral in early April. He returned my call almost immediately. We set up an appointment for consultation. He was right on time. Dave presented his product like a true professional. I called Dave back about a week later, and he came out (on time again) to install a temporary loop because the ground was still frozen, and spent quality time to teach me the proccess to train my dog. On Sunday the 29th, Dave came to my property to do the final install. Again very prompt, and on time. Over this time frame I had called Dave on a few occasions with questions regarding the training.
