It started with Joe Carifa's spending a substantial amount of time with us trying to diagnose the cause of the leak in our master shower and then giving us thoughtful suggestions about who we could either fix the leak or ideas for a new shower. We ultimately had Carifa tear out the existing tile shower, tiled wall, and bathroom floor. Carifa installed a new porcelain-tile shower and porcelain-tile floor.
