"We needed an outdoor spigot replaced, as the pipe was leaking into our basement whenever we turned on the spigot. He was quick in coming over, did an excellent repair job, and when one of the newly installed pipes proved to be defective, quickly replaced the damaged pipe at his own expense. "First of all, Marty was very professional and the staff very friendly.  But, I would give the cleaning a B.  Some things were missed that surprised me. Some carpet had been missed, a toilet base was not cleaned at all, a bathtub was not wiped clean, a number of surfaces were not touched and some small damage done to one of my blinds.  Also, it is good to be aware that young teens come in to help as well.  However, looking at all the good reviews, I believe they may normally do a very good job.
