"Our experience with Guardian has been nothing but exceptional. From the beginning they insured that our home was safe from additional damage by covering exposed areas of the roof until the insurance company could coordinate with Guardian. Guardian was there to coordinate with our insurance company adjuster and make sure all the local code requirements to install the new roof were met. The materials used are top notch, giving us an ice and water shield and a 50 year warranty on the roof, that will long out last us. During the roof install the crew was here early, covered all the bushes and shrubs, worked quickly and efficiently, and were finished by mid-afternoon. They made sure all debris and nails were picked up like they were never here. These guys know what they are doing and are professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone that I know."

"Wanted to match the two new windows installed during Kitchen renovation 11 yrs prior. Initially called a local company who sent out a rep, did a quick walk-thru, scheduled another person to come and measure for estimate, who never showed. After calling and reschedule, still a no-show. I then contacted Andersen Corporate in MN, who recommended Advance. What an amazing difference! Matt Skibiki arrived when promised, very professional and knowledgeable. Impressed us as a gentleman who was very familiar with all aspects of the job. After expressing our displeasure with the manner in which the two windows were trimmed outside from our prior renovation, he assured us that their work would be nothing like that. He contacted us with their estimate shortly thereafter, with a personal promise from Gary the owner that we would be very impressed with their workmanship or they would make it right, which was documented in our contract. Gary Craig then came and measured for the order, another great guy, obviously very experienced and professional, indicating that our inside trim would be left intact unless they found some bad wood. Amazing! We were forewarned up front that the order would take months, totally understood especially during the supply-chain issues in today’s world……heck, we’d been waiting 32 years, what’s a few months…..! Megan had to reschedule us a couple times for weather issues, but the big day finally came on the coldest day in 3 years! The install crew arrived punctually that morning, Cory, Mark, & Ray, more great, professional, and courteous guys! What a team!! They worked like a well-oiled machine, really put us at ease regarding the outside trim, and did IMPECCABLE work!! In bitter cold no less. These guys did not mess around, were so friendly, and did really craftsman-like work, cleaned everything up, even removed the film and stickers from the glass. Just can’t say enough. We don’t even need to paint the inside trim, just amazing. And outside is very tastefully trimmed out……totally transformed our house-just incredible! WE’re SO glad we found Advance, and will be calling them again. I apologize if I left anyone out, rest assured that everyone we had contact with throughout the entire process was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. It’s a big investment & you worry about the entire process, we couldn’t have chosen a better outfit. Thank you."

"We hired Snow's Painting Service LLC to do a large painting project that also consisted of repairing water damaged ceilings from a winter storm leak.? Their work is absolutely amazing and their employees are top notch. The project was completed on schedule and with very little disturbance to our daily lives.? That is saying a lot as all the open living space and hallways were being painted,? including 22 foot ceilings.? The painters were always on time,? kept open communication throughout the process and we're extremely courteous.? Mike Snow,? the owner,? sets a prime example of how a business should be run. "The original roof on our 1989-built home was well overdue for a replacement. My husband scheduled appointments with 3 local roofing companies to obtain estimates. It just so happened that the first appointment was with Ferris. The salesman (I believe his name was Matt) arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. There was no high-pressure sales pitch. He explained all our options clearly and worked out a very reasonable price for replacing our roof, as well as three skylights. Normally, I would spend hours online checking company reviews and we would never commit to the first company's estimate before also obtaining estimates from others. In this case, however, my husband and I both felt completely comfortable signing a contract and giving a deposit the very same night of our estimate meeting with Ferris. We then promptly cancelled the appointments we had with the two other roofing companies. We have zero regrets. The work crew showed up on time, were careful to protect our windows, siding and yard from any damage during the removal of the old roof and did an excellent clean-up job after the work was completed. Our new roof is absolutely gorgeous. A few days after the roof was installed, a craftsman (I believe his name was Scott) arrived to complete the inside trim detail on our three skylights. He was very friendly and patient with me as I continued to find small smudges on the painted areas around the skylights that needed to be cleaned. At one point, he had already packed his extension ladder away in his truck and was ready to leave, when I noticed yet one more mark. He happily unpacked the ladder and set it up again inside the house and dealt with that last annoying smudge. The ladies who work in the office at Ferris are also very friendly and responsive. I had a few questions before, during and after the work was complete on our home and Terrie was always very quick to respond to all my concerns. All-in-all, our experience with Ferris Home Improvements was an excellent one and I would gladly hire them again and recomment them without any hesitation"

Two days later they did my siding and windows. </p> <p>Excellent cleanup. </p> <p>They were not the lowest price, but were close. "Excellent. I got an appointment for an inspection 2 days after I called. Pat came out, checked out the breakfast area then went up on the roof.(2 story room with a very steep roof) He carefully inspected the area where the leak may have occurred. He shared that there had been previous work done on it. After a thorough inspection, he concluded that a minor fix done by a friend probably solved the problem and that I should watch for leaks during the next 2 days when 3" of rain was predicted. I did as he recommended and found no evidence of leaking. He told me to call him to let him know how I fared during the storm-leak or no leak. If there was a leak he would come back immediately and rectify the situation. Apparently the minor fix took care of the problem. Then the Christmas present--No Charge for 2 hours of his labor. Wonderful company to work with!"
