"That Granite Place was hired to install Quartz countertops in a home I owned by the general contractor, Garrison Homes. The countertops were installed incorrectly (on an angle) as well as cut incorrectly. Despite countless emails and phone calls, they refused to do the repair since they were paid in full. The operations manager, Mark Widen, said his hands are tied and that they wont honor the repair or warranty. I wouldn't EVER deal with this company again nor would I recommend them to my worst enemy!!!"

Our estimators will meet with you and walk you thru your project and give you a free detailed estimate. If you decide to move forward a project manager will work with you thru the project until its complete. The PM will keep you informed thru out the process with emails, texts and phone calls, communication is key on our projects. A full service construction company serving all of Delaware, and Eastern Shore Maryland. Building new homes, Renovations and Repairs. We do everything from whole home remodel, kitchen and bath remodels, windows, doors, siding. We distribute a full line of kitchen and bath cabinets.
"I would have only given them one star except that they did show up to do an estimate. We thought everything was fine and they said they would get back with the estimate in a couple weeks. Well, three weeks go by and no estimate, so we call the main office, they are surprised and said they would have them call right away. It's been a week and NOTHING. So many companies are like this now because the work is plentiful. It will change, and these types of antics will end up biting them in the butt. Basically, if you live in Sussex County, stay away from these yahoos."

"Project was never completed. Paid over half the cost of the project. Don completed a portion of the project, but then he never came back to finish the project. Called and texted him numerous times to no avail. I wish I had read reviews from previous customers posted here before I hired him. BUYERS BEWARE and do your research."
