Tile Installers & Repair Companies in Cleveland, OH

"We hired Jack to do the tile work for our remodeled bathroom shower. I have nothing but positive things to say about his work. He and his assistant arrived when he said he would and left my house very clean every day. He provided some recommendations to our initial plan and we were very happy with the end result. I would hire Jack again for future projects."

"Fabulous. I had cabinets installed in mudroom and they look great! Very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. They returned my call in a timely manner, came out and looked at the space and have me a great price and start date. Highly recommend."

"Great experience because Russo is local and I did not have to talk to ai schedule bots. Local is the way to go."

"BEST CONTRACTOR EVER! The project included an exterior ramp, 1st fl laundry & 1/2 bath near the kitchen. I needed the ramp done 1st for an elderly person being released from physical rehab in under a wk. He worked very hard through the worst days of the smoke from the Canada forest fires. He understood ADA requirements and built accordingly. Plus, he suggested things I hadn't thought of like widening the mudroom doorway for a wheel chair if needed in the future & raising the mudroom floor just a little to keep it level with the kitchen floor. The ramp is very sturdy. The senior is using it with great confidence. The interior revamp went very well & was just what our senior needed. Not only did he have the project done in a timely manner, but while walking through Lowes he noticed a stackable washer & dryer 20% off, unopened box. He texted me & we grabbed it! Dave not only knows the construction business but goes above & beyond what's needed and he has a good heart."

"They are very thorough and meticulous! He did a beautiful job in our Master Bathroom with ceramic til walls, stone floor and glass tile accent. Also installed the glass shower doors. Installed ceramic tile around the soaker tub too!"

"They were sophisticated and professional in their dealings, distinguished by their precision, and their prices were very reasonable."

"Wonderful experience. Our floors were transformed beautifully and the communication from both Jacob and Alex was modern (not reluctant to text) and quick. The work itself was first rate and they managed to start and finish reasonably quickly given the scope. Throughout the project, there was good communication, which helped manage expectations and make sure everything was on track. Highly recommended!"

"I highly recommend this company. Dave did my whole downstairs in one day. Floor looks great! Truly transformed my home!"

"840 square foot, hardwood floor install on my second floor. Very happy with value and superior quality of my completed project. I strongly recommend Floor Essence for your hardwood needs."
