She reached out to "The Dryer Vent Guy" who sent out a technician named STEVEN. HE WAS AMAZING!!!! From start to finish, he was thorough, knowledgeable and courteous. His work was neat and clean. He even wore protective shoe booties so my mom's clean floor would not get dirty from the snow. He also sucked up the huge amount of debris he was able to remove from the vent. "They came to clean both my wood stove and my parents . We knew my parents was in bad shape and they recommended replacing it and gave us a quote. The man was very nice and professional. Then they came to clean my woodburning stove. He cleaned it, was very nice, but could not get one section out and told me mine needed replacing also and gave me a quote! I was planning on getting it replaced when a friend who has my exact same stove came over and took a look at it. He was able to clean it and the part the guy was trying to get out ( upper bricks) came out and we were able to clean the whole thing!!
