"Jim was extremely helpful and patient in helping us understand the nuances between keeping our old vent less fireplace and replacing it with a new vented model for our 20' X 20' garden room. Our  time frame was very short since we had about 30 people coming for the Christmas holidays, many who would be sleeping in this room, so it was imperative to get something working .  We were not "pressured" to purchase a replacement. <br /> Once we had made the decision, he and an assistant quickly disconnected and removed the old model that same day. "Pete Jarvis, Jose Garcia, and their entire crew did a fantastic job from start to finish.  This was a big job (two-weeks) that included draining water from a basement that initially flooded due to the power being shut off (by the bank who held the mortgage on the vacant home), and the water removal was delayed further due to a failed sump pump. <br />    <br /> They removed all drywall and carpet from the basement.  Next they used a multi-step process to kill and remove all mold/mildew, assisted by lots of equipment (air scrubbers and dehumidifiers).  They used HEPA vacuums, surface cleaning, carpet cleaning, duct cleaning, and fogging to ensure that the entire house was thoroughly cleaned of any mold/mildew spores that may have been present. <br /> All of the AdvantaClean employees were friendly and professional.  They explained the process thoroughly and completely answered all of my questions.  They took great care to protect the hardwood flooring, carpet, and everything else in the house while they worked.  I highly recommend these guys! <br />"

"The job took 3.5 days.  There was a team of 2-3 young men working each day.  Everything went according to schedule and the final job looks great and is working well.  Their final clean up was excellent.  The owner of the company showed up everyday to take a look at things and again after the job was finished. <br /> Our crawlspace access is through our basement.    Crawlspace work can be dirty and a fair amount of dirt and gravel made its way out of the crawlspace and onto the floor.  They had some drop cloths but they did not have enough to cover the walking path to the basement.  Consequently there was some dirt tracked up the steps and onto the main floor of our house.  Be prepared  to deal with some dirt (it is unavoidable) and remind the guys to take off their work boots before they come into any finished areas of your house.   <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Doug and his crew did an excellent job! They provided a quote quickly and when I had a request for a different combination of furnace/ AC / thermostat, they worked out the best rebates and replied with 2 additional options.   They were prompt, courteous, efficient and clean. The workmanship looks very finished. - pipes, wires and tubes all with supports. Doug even constructed a little instruction manual holder out of metal to hold all of the manuals on the side.    I may not know what all of them do but the installation looks very clean and professional.  My husband is in the construction trade and he was even pleased! The furnace and air conditioner have done an excellent job in cooling and heating. We didn't choose the cheapest products or the most expensive and Doug helped explain the choices that were the most effective for heating and cooling our home.  They were almost completely finished in 1 day and came past the next day for just a short time to compete the job.  Doug spent time instructing us on the programmable thermostat and also on how to use the whole house humidifier.  I would definitely use their services again.  <br />"
