"C&W Dirt Work did a great job correcting a run off issue on our property. The run off had eroded a large portion of our back yard. Grant and his team came up with a solution to fix the issue by removing some trees to reroute the water and installing a rip rap rock wall to prevent the issue from happening again. He worked with us in a timely manner as he fit us in to his busy schedule since the yard was literally washing away every time it rained. He showed up on time and when he said he would be there. His price was very reasonable and his work was outstanding. I would definitely hire C&W Dirt Work again and would recommend them to anyone needing this kind of service. "Subcontractors were mostly good, but management of them was lacking. I had to personally supervise them because the on site contractor rarely stayed very long. Told the trim finish crew to leave because they did not know how to install crown molding. Got another crew that knew what they were doing. They never asked for periodic payments during the job (as is typical); presented one huge bill at the end. Holland homes builds nice homes, but I would not recommend them for small jobs like mine because you do not get the best crews and you have to wait for them to fit you into their schedule."

"Elliot and his crew showed up as scheduled. They had some difficulties with the old slab being so porous, but worked through the day to get it right. The color came out great, but the gloss layer did not last. After discussing this with Elliot, he stated it was most likely due to the very old and porous slab. Elliot and his crew came back to the house, re sanded the floor and put a thin top layer on the slab. He stained and sealed the floor with a high gloss finish. He did all this at no cost to me and the final product came out great."
