"It went well. He started on time and got the work done quickly. The only reason I lowered parts of his rating is that, when the project was completed, it took a while for him to remove his backhoe. Apparently he had a health problem that distracted him at this time. This was not a big problem for us, it was not in the way, but it still took longer than it should."
