"Doug has been VERY helpful over the past 30 hours as we have had some challenging ice dam problems. (Certainly soooooooo many of us are having problems especially over the past several days.) At first I sent an email and then decided to call. He is easy to work with and very flexible. Doug suggested I send him a photo to better understand our situation. He indicated one of his teams could hopefully service us possibly Monday or ideally by Tuesday. Then, out of the blue, Doug called this afternoon indicating one of his teams was willing to service our ice dam this afternoon!!!! Miracles do happen. The team members were wonderful and ever so kind as I checked in with them. It was bitter cold with all of the wind we had. They were as patient as could be. I can't thank Doug and his team enough for their fantastic customer service"

"We had bad ice dams over the winter primarily in one location. I'm sure we could have gotten the entire roof replaced but the rest of the roof was fine. The bill was exactly on estimate, the work was done on time. When we asked the owner, Kevin, to come back and do a little more caulking he did so promptly and happily. We had the work inspected and the inspection passed. The roof looks better than when we bought the house."

"AAA+++ Just Fabulous! I met Pro Tech Senior Project Manager Nathan Knopp at my home after a terrible hail and wind storm struck my community on Lake Pulaski in Buffalo, MN this summer. Pro Tech is a Platinum Partner with Owens Corning which means we were able to do a wholesale level upgrade on our shingles to TrueDefinition Duration Designer Level shingles and we decided on the Merlot pattern/color. Our materials and crew showed up as promised and the work was done fast and efficient and passed inspection with the City of Buffalo easily. With Nathan Knopp's guidance and support, we were also able to upgrade our gutter guard to a style/manufacturer that is better suited/engineered to our steep roof pitch for our designer lake home. I have to say that working with Nathan Knopp and Pro Tech was easy and very informative and my wife and I feel that we came away from this experience with not only an upgraded roof and gutters, but with a lot more understanding of how the roof and gutter system in our home works to protect our home from the elements. "It went very well. Two engineers came and looked at the outside of the house first, then the inside/basement/foundation. They educated me on how old houses settle, and what kinds of settling are of concern and what kinds are just normal and nothing to worry about. They gave me a list of things to look for and keep an eye on, but overall we were all pleasantly surprised that a 133 year old home was in such good shape. They also came up to the attic and looked at some roof concerns, and took a look at a detached garage to give me some information on whether or not a roof expansion would be possible with the current structural supports. They answered all of my questions and explained things in a way I understood; they offered information above and beyond what I thought to ask about that was useful. One thing I liked (but my realtor wasn't a fan of, tbh) was their friendly, folksy way of talking and relating to me, while at the same time offering professional opinions that were helpful to me."
