"Very very slow service. Took at least 5 weeks from initial contact to get roof repaired. Took two weeks just to get an estimate. Had to call 2 or 3 times to even get it in the two weeks that it took. Never provided photos of the roof or damages a stated in the deal. Very poor customer service. Actual person repairing the roof was fine. If you don't care about poor response times and you have all the time in the world to get your roof repaired then they are fine. "I have never had gutters on my home, so when Gutter Guys visited to do an estimate, they needed to look at the entire home, front and back. They gave me several options including only having the front of the home done, or having the entire house done in normal gutters. They also gave me prices for the cadillac of gutters which has the "GutterGard" which leaves no need for cleaning out the gutters. The idea of climbing a ladder a couple times a year was not inviting, and once they shared a payment plan with me, I was sold. They did the estimate and came back on the day they promised and on time. The work was done quickly, but very efficiently. They showed me what they were doing and how the installation would be done. "Great. Was not exactly sure when the project would start, mainly due to weather, but once they started, they knocked it out quick. The roof looks great. The crew cleaned up thoroughly afterwards and made sure I was happy before leaving. Scott made recommendations of some spot repairs (that I was well aware of) that the other roofing companies did not mention.
