"I had a few projects done by Grandview deck and patio. First it was a patio and then two years later I did a covered addition to it. I was promised from Darrell that they were going to send somebody out and fix part of the patio that had concaved in. I was also promised to have somebody come out with concrete and fix the bottom of the concrete poles that were put in to my patio cover. Numerous calls were made and no one has ever gotten back to us. They basically took their money and ran."

Hi My name is Michael and thanks for reading my post. I am a Professional Painter with over 35 years experience and with Great references. I am at a point in my career where I do not want to take on Large time consuming jobs and have to hire employees. For the most part I work by myself. Keep in mind that I no longer do high ladder or roof exterior work. Anything on the ground level is okay. Also I do not do spray work anymore, everything I do is brushed and rolled. Having said that, If you have some paint work that you need to get done and you need it done right away, Please give me a call! Rates: For 1 day jobs- Time and Materials= $180 for the first 4 hours or less and $35 an hour for any additional time. You will need to supply all materials for the job, paint, caulk, tape etc.. Most 1 day jobs can be completed in the 4 hour time frame. For any job that takes longer than 1 day, I will be glad to come out and give you a free estimate. If you send me an email I would be happy to send you some references to call before I come out.

We have many years of experience with most every type of roof material installation from the classic older Denver home to the expansive roofs of the suburbs to large commercial building systems. You can rely on our expertise to install your roof with precision, speed, cleanliness and at a very competitive price.

"The job did not go well. I realize times are different, companies are short-handed, and there's a tremendous demand for services. I'm willing to cut them some slack under the circumstances. But . . . Monarch is subcontracting out their work and they really don't have enough control over their subs. On several occasions, workers didn't show up when they're supposed to, which was frustrating when we arranged our schedule around them. We had to watch them constantly to make sure they were doing what we contracted them for, and constantly had to point out things they missed or did poorly. There was essentially no oversight provided by our Monarch representative. When they told us they would do something, there was a 50% chance of them actually doing it. In fact, they deceptively told us they did things they hadn't actually done. The job looks bad, and the work quality is poor. When a Monarch rep different than the one we were working with came by, he remarked that it wasn't quality work and needed to be addressed. Our rep said he'd come by to assess things himself and then never did. Ultimately, they won. They wore us down and we got sick of dealing with them. We gave up. I wouldn't recommend using them. I'd look for other options."
