"I called three different tree trimmers everybody came and gave me an estimate and said they would come back within a few days to trim the tree they never showed up. I tried to reschedule. They never return my call Ramos is the only one that gave an estimate and showed up to trim the tree for me. I would definitely use him again. He was the cheapest price of all the others and he did a great job."

"Last August, we paid thousands of dollars to secure a mid October spot to build our porch. We were told it would be delayed and then minimally contacted. We tried to contact multiple times through email and leaving voicemails. We finally received a response November 21 that the work would be scheduled March 2026. This was not acceptable when we paid a deposit August 2025, so we asked for our money back since the work was not done as planned. Despite multiple emails and calls over the last ten days, we have not received a response or a refund. I strongly recommend against this company."
