"Zach responded to my Home Advisor inquiry within an hour on a Saturday. Initially just wanting to get an idea of cost, it escalated such that the following Monday he came to my home for an estimate. I surprised him by asking if he could start the work the next Monday, which he was able to make happen. He and Brian worked quickly, efficiently and professionally. After they completed the job and left, later that day my wife and I realized the floor did not have as much sheen as we preferred. I called him first thing the next morning and explained the situation and asked if he could apply another coat of the polyurethane (I understood there would be an additional cost as it was more than planned) and if possible that day or within a couple days.
