"I would "highly" recommend Robert Horne Contracting for floor installation. We had previously bought our new flooring and we needed an installer. Robert Horne's office called me right away and came out to our home and gave us a "reasonable" estimate. He sent me an estimate for the work to be done within 24 hours. He did an "excellent" job installing our new floating floor and cleaned up after he was done. If we need any contracting needs in the future I would "definitely" use them again. Great service, kind, considerate, and cleans up."

"The sales representative who came to my house was great. He was knowledgable, professional, and answered all my questions. There was less than expected communication with me during the ordering and receiving of the materials. It would have been nice to hear updates or have some contact while I waited for the materials to come in. The installers were great! Very mindful of my new floors and treated my home with respect. I ordered them food and encouraged them to take a break and drink coffee / water. I was disappointed to see sloppy trim work and the shower head leaked. However when the glass doors were installed (on a different day) that installer informed me the first shower head was broken and he had it replaced with a new one. Overall I love the new look of my bathroom. I’m still upset with the trim work because it feels sloppy and I am paying a lot for the overall project."

"Justin and his team completely restored our red oak hardwood floor that was in desperate need of sanding and refinishing. The floors were sanded multiple times, stained, and coated with polyurethane to protect them. Justin was prompt and quickly fit us into his schedule. The process took a few days but Justin was very flexible with our timeline as we had additional projects going on as well. After each day of work, the house was cleaned up, leaving no messes or additional sawdust from the sanding processs. We opted to have the espresso stain on our floors and they were brought back to life! Constant compliments on our floors from all guests. Highly recommend Penn Flooring."

"Zach responded to my Home Advisor inquiry within an hour on a Saturday. Initially just wanting to get an idea of cost, it escalated such that the following Monday he came to my home for an estimate. I surprised him by asking if he could start the work the next Monday, which he was able to make happen. He and Brian worked quickly, efficiently and professionally. After they completed the job and left, later that day my wife and I realized the floor did not have as much sheen as we preferred. I called him first thing the next morning and explained the situation and asked if he could apply another coat of the polyurethane (I understood there would be an additional cost as it was more than planned) and if possible that day or within a couple days. Fortunately, he was able to work it in that morning and we are very pleased with the results! We highly recommend them."
