"I had some roof leaks for a while as well as weakened plywood so finally bit the bullet and decided to take action for a new roof. I called four different roofers, all well reviewed in Angie’s List. Keith Gauvin was the only of the four I was able to talk to immediately. One of the others called the next day and the other two were never heard from. Keith gathered the information from me and sent his foreman, Jonathan, out to evaluate the job within a few hours. I indicated that I wanted to start as soon as possible and would appreciate a quick response regarding the estimate. Jonathan and I discussed where the plywood, shingles and dumpster would best be placed to minimize damage to the driveway and lawn. I believe it was the next day that said estimate was sent. I knew what my neighbors and relatives had paid for their roof replacements so had a rough idea of what I thought the price should be. Keith’s estimate was in the ballpark so I hired him. A portable bathroom was dropped off the day before work was to commence, a nice touch as I wondered where the workers would take care of such matters during the 10-11 hour workdays. I have a number of large, old shrubs around the house which I was anxious to protect. Jonathan, the aforementioned foreman, saw to it that large tarps hung from the roof to protect all shrubbery. They put blocks of wood under the dumpster in order to prevent damage to the driveway. Work began the first day on time at 7:30am. Communications from this point were with Jonathan, who clearly had successfully passed an Emily Post manners course which I’m sure was attended along with Mr. Gauvin as evidenced by the polite and expeditious communications I had with them. As the house is large with three stories and a double garage, it was a big job and took two days to complete. All existing shingles were torn off and a good amount of the roof had to be replaced with plywood. The five or six man crew worked very hard under the supervision of Jonathan. There was no damage to my shrubs; the tarp did its job. Their cleanup was excellent including picking up any nails and using a leaf blower for pieces of shingles and wood. The job was completed late on a Saturday; the dumpster and portable bathroom were removed on Monday. The next day, I noticed a wooden brace for one of my garage planters was gone. After notifying Mr. Gauvin, Jonathan came over, took measurements and returned at another time to replace it. During a heavy rainstorm a few weeks after the job, I checked for leaks in the attic. It was dry as a desert. Excellent job!"

"I was blown away by Weathertite Roofing in Bethlehem. I used them in November. I called and was surprised to reach a polite office manager after one ring (which is always the case whenever I call). They operate out of a well-run office with several employees.The company has been in business for over 20 years, it is a very smooth, well-oiled machine.The owner, Scott Fennelly, evaluates the job and comes prepared with satellite images and measurements of the roof. On the scheduled roofing day, an army of polite, hard-working, cheerful, considerate, men arrive punctually very early and my small roof was done in one day. The permits, dumpster, materials etc. are all taken care of, and the clean up is done with a magnet to pick up stray nails which can get in car tires or lawn mowers. A foreman is assigned to the job. If only all companies worked like this! It is an unbelievable hands- on, old -fashioned well-managed company with strong customer and work values. Their prices are reasonable and compatible with other companies.After the roof was done, I noticed the area around Bethlehem has many of their signs out in front of homes they work on. When I raved about them, it turned out Weathertite is well-known in the community to be excellent. There is a reason the company does most roofs around here! They really went the extra mile! I would give them more stars if I could! Truly, do not hesitate to use them."

They really went above and beyond and it was a huge relief to get the job done. However, even if they WEREN'T able to make it the next day, Sonny and Al were fantastic and we'd still recommend them. "I decided to go with Millstream because of the reviews on Angi and other websites. As contracted, Millstream replaced my roof in a day and installed a ridge vent. Supervision of work and post installation inspection was poor that I had to request a replacement inspector. I had to inform them of missed gable vent closure; loose shingle, wavy ridge vent line. Most importantly, I had to research; and inform them that a Ridge vent needs multiple soffit openings and I had only 1. They agreed it was a miss and said they would fix the issue so I could “BREATHE PROPERLY” in my house. And they charged me additional $850. Nonetheless I am currently enjoying my new roof!"

"Needed a gutter replaced after the recent strong storms in Oxford, CT. Gutter was approximately 58 feet in length, with a guard. Also needed a drip edge replaced that was damaged. SOS Restoration was at my home within 2 days of calling them for an estimate. They were very reasonable, spot on to the insurance adjuster’s number AND beat other competitors by several hundred dollars. Extremely professional and easy to communicate + set up a date for the repair. Work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs work done to their home. Would use them again for any needs I have myself."
