"Customer service rates low priority for them. apparently they have enough of a customer base that walk-ins are virtually ignored. If you can track someone down, good luck getting the correct information without running around the place a couple of times. Eventually y walk out and went somewhere else. This is not a one off experience, the same scenario has played out for me on several occasions. If I know exactly where the species and what type of plant I need they may have a decent inventory, but trees and shrubbery forget it they only cater to the large landscaping businesses."

And we wanted them specifically to do more work due to the high quality job they did. They are knowledgeable and reliable. All of the workers are polite and hard working.
