"It went smoothly and timely. They brought in the fans and dehumidifiers and removed all excess moisture. Following this, they demo'd damaged drywall and flooring so my contractor could come in and begin repairs. Finally they came in and did whole house floor cleaning as well as duct cleaning to remove any dust from the demo work and construction."

"I was looking to get my carpets cleaned and specifically wanted a few stains removed. I got wonderful service from the office and the woman I spoke to was going to advise the techs to pretreat the stains.  She was not only friendly but able to schedule the service quickly. <br> <br>On the day of the scheduled cleaning, the techs arrived as scheduled. It was helpful that I am bilingual or we could have had a language barrier. I asked if the techs knew about the stains and they did not. I showed them the stains and it appeared there was no further pretreatment than the general spraying that happened. They cleaned all 6 rooms plus hallways in 90 minutes. After they loaded things I asked about drying time and the stains. The young man said, "Oh I don't know, I don't think they came out". Really? That was it. I checked the area and the downstairs looked completely unchanged, even traffic areas didn't appear much better. Upstairs looked fine. I did have to clean up puddles of water on my wood and tile floor that abutted the carpet but no damage was done. <br> <br>Given the number of players in the carpet cleaning space, I would probably try someone else in the future. I was very disappointed in the downstairs carpet. <p></p>"

"I walked into my home one day and the smell almost knocked me over.  Apparently something had died in my chimney!  Other companies couldn't come out for a month, but Top Hat would be available in a week.  When they arrived, there were 4 dead squirrels in my chimney!  I hadn't been able to get the flue open or perhaps they would have lived, I don't know.  The gentleman who came told me I should have told them it was an emergency and they would have come sooner, so if you think you have a animal that might still be alive in yours, let them know that immediately.  They were very courteous and did a great job in cleaning up.  They also checked the wire around my chimney top and saw that the squirrels had somehow gotten through it, so they replaced it with a better wrap.  I'm very happy and would use them again! <br />"

"Its great. They usually bring three workers. They always let you know when they will be there. There is any special cleaning, like cleaning the oven, and refrigerator out, any type of seasonal cleaning. The patio, or garage. You can give notice ahead of times, and they will charge it appropriately. I didn't price around, so I don't know how much other people charge. It seems like a good price for three people. There is a couple times that they are there at work. The cat got locked in the room, and lights were left on. They are on an reoccurring basis."

They told us on the phone when they made the appointment for 9:00, that they had another job at 1:00 and it would take several hours to do ours. I felt like they hurried through ours. I asked for scotchguard and they said they applied it with the cleaning of the rug. <br />"
