I was requesting an estimate to replace my main water line because I had no water pressure. Jeremy quickly assessed my problem and suggested we bypass my 24 yr. old water softener. "On 9/05/2013, Fahenstock Heating and Air serviced my air conditioner to address a coil freeze problem. Fahenstock identified that my refrigerant was 1.8 pounds low and charged my ac. They then checked for leaks and found several leaks in my evaporator coil. They rounded up on the charge for the Freon (which does not seem fair given how expensive it is) and charged me $305 for the service call. The estimate to replace the evaporator coil from Fahenstock was $1200. I contacted Comfort Systems for a second opinion and estimate. They were very responsive and came in substantially lower then Fahenstock. <br />"
