"Recently we hired Ardmore to replace the glass in 2 of our skylights and install a new storm door. Other than rain delays the skylights were installed in less than 2 hours as Ardmore sent 2 crews for the installation. They even came inside to vacuum any debris that might have fallen into the house during the installation. (5 out of 5). The installation of the storm doors was different. It took over 10 hours for 2 men to finish the installation which I felt was excessive and felt they didn't do the installation correctly. The difference between a good company and a better company is how well they fix a problem and to this point they are doing a better job. When I called to complain the scheduler immediately suggested they send out someone to inspect the work and within 3 days someone came out and fixed 2 out of the 3 problems and said someone would be calling me and ordering a replacement part to fix the 3rd problem"

"Radek did a terrific job for us. There was drywall, vanity top and sink installation, interior door replacement, and repairing and painting some walls that were in pretty poor condition. He is meticulous, honest, and thoughtful in his work. He was great about prompt and honest communication, and he always showed up when he said he would. The job site was left clean. I also appreciate that he called me back in the fall when I first began looking for someone to do the work, even though he was quite busy and unavailable for a while. We have already asked him back for an additional job in the future. Thank you!"
