"I have never left an online review for anything in my life. However, Greg's outstanding service and the quality of his work compelled me to write this out of gratitude. I hired Greg to build a deck in my backyard after another contractor left the job half-finished and several other contractors refused to take it on. It was not only half-done, but done with the wrong materials, and the biggest headache was that the previous contractor had not dug the holes for the concrete posts deep enough and the city inspector ordered us to disassemble the entire frame, dig deeper holes, and repour the concrete. It was a nightmare of a job, but Greg agreed to take it on at a very reasonable price. He faced major setbacks that could not be predicted (for example, digging deeper holes was much harder than expected because of tree roots and rocks, there were supply issues with materials, etc.). However, Greg took these on without complaining and without charging much more than his estimate. I'm no expert when it comes to construction, and he offered plenty of advice and suggestions when making certain decisions. You can tell he truly cares not only about the quality of his work but also the people he is working with. He is always on time, polite, and takes on challenges without hesitation. I'm absolutely delighted with the quality of the new deck. I'm so glad that I found Greg during what was a very stressful time for me and my family due to the previous contractor, and I would use him again in a heartbeat as well as recommend him to anyone I know."
