"I had a 36inL x 16inW x 20inH metal "Santa sleigh" that was a family heirloom. It was passed on to us with a broken joint to a runner that had been repaired with simple bailing wire to keep it together over the years. The wire had become rusty, and the runner was bending under the weight/stress. We feared it would break off completely rendering the item useless. Nick assessed even more weld problems developing and fixed them all. He also sprayed the entire sleigh so that the repairs and previous rust patches from the wires wouldn't show through or be any further problem. The sleigh looks fantastic. Can't wait for the rest of the family to see it on display this Christmas. Truly an object that you cannot buy anymore in a store. Nick was very determined to restore this item to look great for us and kept in communication from the time of booking until arrival several days later at our convenience. Both needed some additional work- installation of a junction box and hole needed in a plastered wall; filling in of extra space around medicine cabinet rough opening.
