I texted Terry pictures of what I could see. They showed up exactly when they told me they would, and were able to perform the necessary repairs the same day! Luckily, I didn't need a whole new roof, just repairs for now. Turns out, I also had a turbine that was non-functional, and they took care of that, as well. The price was very reasonable.
