In addition to the paver manufacturer’s lifetime warranty on the structural integrity of the pavers, Millennium Outdoor Services, Inc. offers a 5 year warranty on our workmanship. Millennium also has been licensed with the state of Michigan as a residential builder. which is not required for the work we do. This is another distinction that sets apart the services we offer.

Change orders required for work outside of the original scope of work. Payments scheduling and payment(s) based on job cost. Credit card, personal check, and cash are acceptable forms of payment. A $50 fee is charged to any customer for any bounced check HSC is issued by its bank for the customers payment. Monthly specials are gladly given to Angies List members.
