"Work went exceptionally well from start to finish. We were referred by a friend, and called Adam for a quote on a small landscape re-design job. Adam met with us several times to get an idea of what we were looking for and to discuss details of timing/options/cost for the job. He did a good job of listening and providing suggestions to get us to exactly what we were looking for. He also did a good job of letting us know what our options were without over-promising or pushing us over our budget, which is pretty hard to find. "The ground at the back of my house was a mess after we tore down a shed that probably dated from when my house was built in the late 1800's. I wanted to put in a new shed, but was concerned about what it was going to cost to have the ground prepared and the recommended foundation laid. Bob gave me an estimate that was less than I expected and offered to clean away about 10 years accumulation of debris the area for a nominal extra charge. He explained what he would do and how, and was able to arrange a date to do the work within about 2 weeks. He arrived when he said he would, he and his crew got to work and the job was finished within about 2 hours. He was cheerful and friendly and very easy to work with. He also did a great job, and ended up charging me slightly less than the estimate."

"Our driveway had several large deep cracks: at the garage apron, where it met the street, one across the middle, and many smaller crack throughout. We were given an estimate to patch (cut back the asphalt at the large cracks and patch), OR to patch and resurface the entire driveway. We opted for the patch/resurface and it looks fantastic (it’s like a brand new driveway)! We also decided (last minute) to add on the sealcoat right after the paving, which Frank was happy to do. Frank was great and on-site during all of the work. All phone calls/texts were answered immediately. The estimate was accurate. One thing to note is that the weather will dictate the scheduling (which Frank told us at the estimate). We got weeks of rain after our estimate so it took almost 2 months to get scheduled, but it was certainly worth the wait. Would recommend and hire again."

"While visiting my sister's house in Royersford, PA we discovered my son had been dropping rocks down the vent pipe in the front yard which caused the sewer drain to back up into the basement. My brother-in-law who is a contractor, rented a professional snake on several different days trying to clear the drain to no avail. We called American Drain Cleaning as a last resort thinking that we may have to dig up the front yard to get at the massive blockage. We chose American since they said they could provide full sewer line replacement if necessary, but the lead plumber, Dan, said he would first try to remove the rocks from the vent pipe since he has seen this problem before. We crossed our fingers and hoped for the best! Dan first removed about 15 pounds of rocks using a high powered industrial shopvac with extra long hose. He then carefully removed the remaining larger rocks and pieces of brick with some 10 ft. long tongs. Amazing!  After all was said and done the sewer drain was clear and we didn't need to dig up the yard! THANK YOU DAN!
