The prices fluctuate as things become noticeable throughout the job, which is understandable. Donnie could improve upon this by investing in a bidding software such as Stackct or Capterra. Our project did run a bit longer than normal due to unforseen circumstances, weather, and due to lack of help on the job. Overall we are very pleased with the work performed. I am giving Donnie an A on my review because I want him to do well with his business, but I hope he will improve on his punctuality and work on a better bidding process that clearly indicates what you are paying for up front.
