"The job went pretty good. The only glitch is the guys that installed were not updated, or aware of a boundary line adjustment discussed between the primary company liaison and myself. Hence, when they installed they did so according to original paperwork. :( However, after I contacted the company about the matter, and spoke with my liason, even though an entire fence side needed to be adjusted _ they were willing to do so. The overall workmanship and services otherwise were good, so a tip was given in lite of the day they had to come out and adjust the fence. It was worth it all."

"The team Fence & Deck sent to install a fence in my backyard—an area measuring about 1/6th of an acre—were quick, efficient, and friendly. The first team member showed up just before 7:30 to start dismantling the old fence. By 8 AM, the rest of the team was hard at work. It was a quieter process than I thought, to be honest—which was great, as my neighbors work from home. They were finished by 2 PM; had cleaned up, packed up the old fence and their equipment and were gone. There were issues with installing the new fence: trees had grown into the fence path, most of them belonging to the neighbors. The team presented me with possible solutions at each point, so I could get the fence I wanted—or as close as was possible given the obstacles. It was a very low-stress construction day, and we—and our neighbors—really like the results."

"I am thrilled with my black estate fence! From initial contact to final installation, Fence and Deck Connection has been incredibly helpful and quick to respond throughout the project. I started with a request for a quote in May 2022. My HOA wouldn't approve. Jake was great about working on modifications to the original proposal to comply with our HOA guidelines and provided me paperwork to include in my 2nd and 3rd appeals to the HOA. I was finally approved in March. Stephen was great on the installation: getting the permit, contacting Miss Utility and overseeing the 2 man installation crew. They were happy to accommodate our schedule around the recent sod we had laid. The installers were careful to do minimal damage to the new sod and the garden beds. "We had a great experience from end to end with Tim and his crew.  They showed up right on time and we're prepared with 3 guys (including Tim), hand trucks, furniture pads, and shrink wrap. They immediately jumped into preparing all of the items which consistent of mainly large furniture (e.g. beds, media centers, bookcases, etc) and about 10 boxes of mixed sizes that we packed prior to their arrival.  They packed everything up in an efficient manner and it took about an hour and a half to get on the road.  After a drive down to the new place, they jumped right out and started moving stuff. They had a little trouble with a few items that were large and had to cut around tight corners or spaces; however, they were proactive in figuring out a way to get the furniture in by removing a handrail or two.  As soon as they were done with those items, they promptly re-attached the handrails and continued on with the rest of the move.  They were also very conscientious to make sure they weren't tracking mud or any debris into the house as they loaded/unloaded.  Tim's crew were also very personable and polite. All said, we had no damage done to any of the furniture or items we packed (some of which was glassware). We are very happy with the move and the great job done by Tim and his team!"

"I never write reviews, however Green Painting and Carpentry deserve it. I am very fussy and have been known to sack contractors for doing a terrible job, or being late, I am also a Realtor for Sotheby's so I recognize good quality. Mr Hernandez was lovely on the phone, easy to book, the guys were great, they turned up on time, finished on time, cleaned up after themselves, didn't make a mess cleaning their brushes and did an outstanding painting job. They did 2 bedrooms and the staircase and it took 2 days. I highly recommend them and they will be back to paint the rest of the house soon and I will recommend them to my clients. Finding good workmanship is hard to find in this city and I am pleased to say, I have found good painters.

"After doing some research on local contractors, Kargmans seemed like a reliable option. They were incredible. Not only did they start a massive project on time (despite a crippling snow storm) they handled unexpected obstacles in the project with patience and professionalism. The floors (from 1880) were covered in layers of paint that made the project more difficult than expected. They worked long hours to get the job done on time and did a fantastic job. Every little detail was taken care of. The price was more than reasonable and despite the unexpected issues with the floors, they kept with the original estimate. This is the company to call for any project, big or small!
