They were quick and clean when replacing some clay tiles on my roof, and cleaning all of the debris off of the roof. 9 months later when I was selling my home, another roofing company came and did a subpar roof inspection. The Landeros' came back out and inspected the roof for me and took a bunch of photos so the buyers could see there were no issues. And they didn't charge me for the return service almost a year later!! Absolutely amazing people, would highly recommend."

"I originally needed to get my roof redone as part of a solar installation project, and the solar company referred me to Cosmic Roofing as their preferred partner. Due to the unusual roof slope on my house, several other companies had turned me down for this project. Cosmic sent me David A. to go over the initial conversation of the project. We talked about work streams, dates, expectations, areas of concern, and of course the price. He showed me sample tiles, colors, materials, and explained some items that I hadn't taken into account, such as adding new vents to pass the permit process. I felt like David really understood what needed to be done and how he would tackle it. That was why I felt comfortable signing a work order right away. The tiles were delivered within days, which I was pleasantly surprised at. The roof installers came the next day, and did their job efficiently. Permits were reviewed the same week, and I officially had a new roof in less than a month's time. It's commendable how efficient this company is. My house is now noticeably cooler on sunny days because David recommended the white roof tiles. Of course, the fast speed made it easy for the solar company to do their installation too. We're very happy to have worked with Cosmic Renovation and Roofing. It wasn't until I spoke with David that I found out they also do solar installations. I might've had them make a bid for the solar work as well, but since I had already decided on someone else, it wasn't in the cards. Anyways, if you're looking to add solar to your roof, give Cosmic a call for a quote."

"Excellent job from Manuel and his crew with coordination by Jordon Lovett. They showed up on time, worked very hard and were very trustworthy. Job started in December so they worked around the rain even working on a Saturday, they kept us updated on the schedule and with pictures of the work. We needed to replace our aging tar and gravel roof, Jordon recommended Polyglass (modified bitumen roof membranes). We upgraded to add insulation as our house had none, extra time and materials were needed to build up the fascia due to the extra height. We added a new sun tunnel which is amazing, bringing light into our apartment. For ease of inspection access, we also added a roof hatch. We are very satisfied with their professionalism and excellent work."

A bonus: during the service, they even took the initiative to clean out an insect nest in one of the vents they didn’t replace. That attention to detail really stood out. "Although the roof appeared to be in good condition, I decided to have it replaced as it was over 30 years old. In late September of 2018, I met with Shadowfax roofing estimator John. John was very knowledgeable and understood the issues with the high pitch of the roof. He provided two quotes. The first quote was for the basic Owens Corning Tru Definition shingles ($9,980) and the second was for Duration Premium shingles ($10,580). I opted for the higher quality shingles. Since the gutters were going to be replaced, I requested the wood that extended beyond the roofline be cut in order for the gutters to extend to the end. John explained it would not be a problem, however, any dry rot would need to be removed and replaced with new wood. Additionally, I had requested a vent be added for the bathroom as it was venting into attic instead of through the roof. John also indicated everything could be completed in about 3-4 days. However, it would be about three months before the job wold get done. Since there was no hurry, I agreed. In early November, I received a call from their scheduler, Pam stating the job would start on November 13th. I explained I would be leaving town on November 16th. She stated the job would be pretty much finished by then. Unfortunately, there were some delays. On the first day, the workers did not show up until late in the afternoon to remove the roof. On the second day, work stopped to due to the dry rot issue. Although, I had explained to the foreman on the first day of what I had wanted done specifically, replace any rot and cut all the overhangs, work stopped until I gave the okay to do the repairs. Fortunately, the dry rot was minimal, however, it caused a delay as there was only one person doing the job and he had left for the day. The foreman explained the previous job had some issues, which required their attention. On Friday, the crew for the gutters arrived early in the morning, however, they couldn't do the gutters as the overhangs still needed to be cut. So, crew returned later in the afternoon. Since I was unable to be present when the job was completed, my family supervised. I was informed the work was not completed until Sunday. When I returned home, I noticed the vent I had requested be added was not done. I contacted Pam and she stated it would get done. A few days later it rained. I have had no problems with the roof. Although there was a lack of communication in the beginning and delays, the job was done well. I would hire them again. However, I have learned my lesson that roof replacements should be done in spring or summer."
