"The company owner, Jacob came out to my property with one of his crew members to discuss the requested electrical work and provide an estimate taking all aspects of the job into consideration. Using digital tools, he provided a written estimate on the spot that I accepted. On the day scheduled for the job, Jacob and his team arrived on time. They walked through the property verifying the work that would be completed. The crew members were always focused on the job and were extremely conscientious. They took great care to protect the property with plastic sheets in all areas where they were working. An unforeseen problem was discovered during the job (some live wires that were disconnected and not capped off). The unsafe situation was resolved without any extra cost.
