"We were experiencing some nagging health problems (coughing, etc.) and suspected it may be a result of mold in our duct work. I scheduled an appt. with the Duct Doctor and after having to do a reschedule the team arrived exactly at the time designated, assessed our situation and confirmed there was mold in the duct work. They said they could clean it out and recommended we also sanitize the ducts upon completion of the cleaning. All of the men were extremely courteous and respectful of our home and my husband and I. We work from home and the team was very quiet and thorough. I originally had them come over to do a general clean of my HVAC system and dryer vents, but it expanded to a mold clean and removal of some duct board inside the unit and they took care of it quickly and had my house under negative air pressure to prevent spores from getting out of control and landing on everything.
