"Shotty work, wrong drain system installed, exposed underground pipes could be seen. Upon calling the company, owner did return to cover the pipes correctly, but refused to change the drain system to French. Insisting it was the correct one even though standing water could be seen on the ground. Ground was left unleveled Did return to cover pipe, refused to change drainage or return a portion of the fee paid unfortunately I had to hire another company to correct system and install stepping stones. ( pictures would not upload, I cannot in good conscious recommend this company for landscape project using with pavers and irrigation system."

"I have priced many companies for aod installation there was one at 16000!!! I chose Blue irrigation due to the reviews, customer service, AND PRICING!! I was amazed at the length that they went to in installing the sod!!! They really did a great job of preparing the soil before putting in the sod!! "The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

"They came out with a group of helper able to work simultaneously on inside and outside electrical wiring. The job was completed very fast. Good supervision and execution: the project consisted of installing 1 outdoor security light and drilling a hole to inside to connect to AC-plug outlet inside the house. It works great and was accomplished fast."

They were all considerate of our home and our neighbors home. I would highly recommend Leatherwood Lawn Specialists for what they advertise they do! I would hire them if I have any further needs!"
