When we ordered everything, the sales rep told us that the whole process of ordering, manufacturing, and shipping would take about two weeks. They called us right at two weeks to let us know our order was in. They came out the very next day to begin the installation. The only complaint I had with them was that the installers had left a little bit of debris behind after they were finished. The sales rep came out to finish up some paperwork and he walked all around our house and picked it all up. So, overall, I would say that we had a great experience with them.
