"The technician arrived as scheduled. He called on his way so I didn't have to sit around the house a few hours waiting. I only work 20 minutes from home so it was convenient to do that. After listening and checking out the internals it was determined that the dryer needed a new idler arm, bearing and roller assembly. Part of that I was anticipating from what I had seen online but the other part I would have missed. Parts were ordered and it took about two weeks for them to come in. Could still use the dryer during this time, just noisy. Technician scheduled a time to come back and replace the parts. Took about 1/2 hour or less for the actual repairs. It has been running for a month now with no noise. This is the second time they I have used them and have been pleased both times."
