He told us that he had to get approval from Fidelity and that he would get back to us. Two weeks go by and nothing. Texted him and he told me to contact Fidelity, which I did and they confirmed that he got paid for his service without ever informing us that he does not do Freon charges. he dropped the ball and left us hanging, but he got paid!"
