Out of eight weeks of mowing they cut it the right height for three weeks. "I had an appointment for the estimate within a week of calling the office. Met with the estimator and promptly had their bid. The work was done the following week, and the stump grinding a few days later. I was worried about damage to either the fence or concrete. They were very professional and took everything down without any damage at all. I am very pleased with how quickly and efficiently this work was done. "I called Reliable Landscaping because they had repeatedly left brochures in my front door. Apparently, they too knew my landscaping was in need of help. Lee came out the same day I called. I wanted my landscaping remodeled and some drainage problems solved. Oddly, he told me he was far too busy to even propose anything for at least 3-4 months. Labor problems had created a backlog of work for his crews. It made me wonder why he was still having brochures and flyers put in my front door. He said it was possible for him to remove my existing landscaping right away. He had several crew members arrive from Mexico that week. Reliable Landscaping sponsors guest workers for the summer season, and that impressed me. I asked for a bid and he provided one on the spot. I liked the opportunity to work with a company that hired guest workers legally. Within a couple of days my landscaping had been removed as promised. A couple of shrubs that were left behind should have been removed. I called Lee and reviewed the bid. There was a misunderstanding in the wording of the bid. He considered the shrubs to be on the side of my house, and I considered them to be in front. Lee sent a crew by the very next day to remove the shrubs with no extra charge. My experience would not lead me to use Reliable again, but not because of a service issue. It was more a case of the company not being a good business match with the kind of work I needed to have done. Either my job wasn't the right size, or it just wasn't the type of project they wanted. Still, I was grateful for what help Lee provided."
